STORYLINE:
The 20th Shanghai Suzhou Creek Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament attracted more than 700 athletes from 36 teams from different countries and regions last weekend.
Kevin Vincent Muscat, an Australian former football player and the current manager of Chinese Super League club Shanghai Port, also graced the event as a dragon boat promotion ambassador. Under the guidance of a professional coach, he experienced dragon boat rowing.
Earlier this year, in March, Muscat volunteered for his first marathon, the 2024 Shanghai Suzhou River Half Marathon. He finished the race in 1 hour and 42 minutes.
