On the morning of May 29, around 8:40 am in Hangzhou, southern China, a female driver experienced sudden physical discomfort while driving on the Rainbow Expressway near Jianghui Road. Forced to stop her car and activate her hazard lights, she sought help.

Passing firefighter Fu Chenzhe noticed her distress and immediately pulled over. Rushing to her side, he found her hands and feet stiff and her face pale. Without hesitation, Fu called 110 and 120 for emergency assistance, staying with the driver to provide support.

Responding to the call, officer Zhou Dong from Hangzhou Traffic Police's Elevated Road Division quickly arrived on the scene. Assessing the driver's condition, Zhou and Fu decided to move her to the back seat of her car, with Zhou driving to a nearby safe area by a police post to await the ambulance.

During the wait, Zhou calmed the driver and used her phone to contact her family, urging them to meet at the hospital. Seven minutes later, the ambulance arrived. With the help of Zhou and Fu, paramedics swiftly transferred the driver onto a stretcher and took her to Xiaoshan First People's Hospital.

The driver was diagnosed with respiratory alkalosis but, thanks to the prompt rescue, she is now out of danger and receiving further treatment in the hospital.

Grateful, the driver and her family extended heartfelt thanks to Zhou and Fu. The two rescuers, however, humbly stated that they were just fulfilling their duty, as saving lives is their responsibility and mission.

5月29日上午，浙江杭州，在早高峰时段繁忙的彩虹快速路上，一场与时间赛跑的生死救援温暖上演。
当日上午8点40分左右，一名女司机在驾车行驶至彩虹快速路东向西靠近江晖路附近时，突然感到身体不适，不得不将车停在路边并打起双闪灯求助。
此时，恰巧路过的消防员傅陈哲发现了这一情况。他立刻停车，迅速跑到女司机身边查看情况。发现女司机手脚僵硬、脸色苍白，傅陈哲没有丝毫犹豫，立即拨打了110和120急救电话，并守候在女司机身边，提供力所能及的帮助。
接到报警后，杭州公安交警高架大队城南中队的队员周栋也迅速赶到现场。在了解女司机的状况后，周栋与傅陈哲共同决定将女司机转移到车辆后座，由周栋驾驶车辆前往高架交警岗亭旁的安全位置等待救护车。
在等待救护车的过程中，周栋不断安抚女司机的情绪，让她保持平静。同时，他还用女司机的手机联系了其家属，让他们尽快赶往医院。
短短七分钟后，救护车呼啸而至。在周栋和傅陈哲的协助下，医护人员迅速将女司机抬上担架，送往萧山第一人民医院进行救治。
经过医院的紧急治疗，女司机被诊断为呼吸性碱中毒。幸运的是，由于救援及时，女司机已经脱离了生命危险，目前正在医院接受进一步治疗。
事后，女司机及其家属对周栋和傅陈哲表示衷心的感谢。而两位英雄则表示，他们只是做了应该做的事，救人是他们的职责和使命。
