Angarsk resident goes on rampage, damaging cars and endangering residents
On April 18, 2024, chaos erupted in the quiet neighborhood of Angarsk, Russia, as a resident of Quarter A unleashed a violent rampage in the courtyard of a residential building. The disturbance, initially announced as an impromptu show, quickly escalated into a scene of destruction as the individual, armed with a hammer, systematically targeted parked cars belonging to neighbors. Witness accounts describe a rapid deterioration of the situation, with three vehicles left damaged in the wake of the assault. The violence didn't end there, as the assailant also hurled a cobblestone at a nearby window, causing injuries to residents, including a child.
