It was a bit cloudy with light sprinkles, and birds were chirping, indicating a calm atmosphere. Wolfe, unaware of the developing tornado until receiving a text alert, witnessed the phenomenon as a dust storm transforming into a landspout.

The tornado, seen in Wolfe's video, touched down on the outskirts of town, causing minor damage to a farmyard.

It was a bit cloudy and sprinkling, not tornado weather. Birds were still chirping away, it was so quiet and slow moving. I wouldn’t have even known it was there had I not got a text saying there was a tornado. Started out as a dust storm and turned into the landspout you see. It hit just on the outskirts of town. There was some damage to a farm yard.
