SOUNDBITE 1 (English): CLAUDIA BARKOWSKY, Chief Representative, VDMA Beijing Representative Office
"VDMA is a German machinery industry association located in Germany with over 3,600 member companies. And out of them, we have 900 who have also invested in China already since quite some years.
Germany and China could work together very well, with Germany being strong in mechanical engineering. And China being strong in adopting new technologies and solutions."

SOUNDBITE 2 (Chinese): HU XIAOPING, Vice President of Flexiv
"We had some early interactions with Siemens, and in May this year, we officially signed relevant agreements with them. We have integrated Flexiv's products into Siemens' Xcelerator ecosystem as a partner. On this platform, users of Process Cube can easily access our adaptive robot products, which significantly benefits our promotion in the manufacturing industry and greatly accelerates the implementation process."

SOUNDBITE 3 (English): DANIEL YOO, Chief Representative of VDMA Shanghai
"We are here because China is the second largest export market for our industry. There's a lot of cooperation happening in our industry with China, for 20 to 30 years. AI is a new area. We are very optimistic about the future."
