USA: Car Slams Into Skateboarder Near Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia

A car slammed into a skateboarder outside Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia Saturday night.
The collision, which occurred at about 9:24 p.m. near Magic Mountain Parkway and The Old Road, involved a Volkswagen Golf and the skateboarder.
The driver remained at the scene. Southbound lanes of The Old Road remain closed at Magic Mountain as of 10 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the moments leading to the crash.
