This is the astonishing moment several cute, playful bush dogs enjoy jumping and frolicking in their pond on a hot sunny day in front of charmed fans at Moscow Zoo in Russia.

Moscow Zoo said in a statement: 'Our bush dogs enjoy swimming in their pond. This is one of the most ancient animal species on Earth.

'Bushdogs are very social animals that form permanent pairs. A male Witzli-Putzli and a female Freya settled in the Moscow Zoo several years ago. Since then they have had many babies.

'Interestingly, among bush dogs only one, dominant female breeds. The young generation cannot have their own offspring while living in the parent family.

'Cohesion and friendship are the calling card of bush dogs. One such large family can successfully hunt even a tapir.

'We take this opportunity to thank the guardian of the bush dog world, figure skating champion Evgenia Medvedeva.'
