Whilst hiking the Ayrshire coastal route we came across a survival shelter which was fully kitted out with a kitchen, stove and sleeping area where we would spend the night.
Robert Docherty and Jamie ‘WildMan’ Frizzell decided to walking 28 miles along the Ayrshire Coastal Route over a three day period. After the first day of hiking we came across a survival shelter built by the shelter belter crew where we would spend the night.
