Charlie Llorico spotted a group of students sheltering under the red tent heading towards a shed in Manila, the Philippines, on June 7.
Footage shows four men lifting the canopy to shelter the soaking wet schoolchildren during the heavy rain.
The filmer said: 'The street food vendors helped the students to cross the street towards the gate of the school by letting them use the tent.'
The country has been experiencing scattered rainfalls that caused flooding in other areas.
