据目击者描述，事故发生在当天下午，女游客在桥世界游玩时，可能由于疏忽大意或是对铁桥结构不够了解，不慎将一条腿卡进了铁桥的孔隙中。她试图自行挣脱，但未能成功，随后向周围游客求助。
接到报警后，消防员迅速赶到现场。他们首先对女游客进行了安抚，并详细了解了情况。随后，消防员使用专业的切割器械对卡住女游客大腿的铁质桥面进行切割。在救援过程中，消防员小心翼翼，确保不会对女游客造成二次伤害。
经过一段时间的紧张救援，消防员成功将女游客解救出来。据初步检查，女游客的腿部并未受到严重伤害，肌肉有些淤青。
