Nature on the march, an endless stream of lush green plants floating down a river in Thailand.
This video was taken at Balen Island, in the Chao Phraya river at Bang Pa In, Ayutthaya, Thailand. This is an interesting place to visit and the only access to this island is by cable car. Its a very beautiful and peaceful place to visit. There is some unusual architecture to see, such as a Buddhist temple built in the style of a christian church, but everything on the inside is in Buddhist style. On the river I observed this strange take over by lush green plants that seemed close to taking over half the river at this point. Barges transport goods such as sand down the river towards Bangkok, the same direction that the green plants were heading.
