Motorbike bursts into flames as rider picks up his phone
This is the shocking moment a motorbike caught fire when a rider opened his phone.
The man was seen taking his smartphone out of his pocket while an attendant filled the vehicle's tank with gas at Sambhajinagar in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, on June 11.
CCTV footage shows the gas tank of the motorbike emitting flames, prompting the worker to immediately grab a fire extinguisher.
The owner of the bike then leaped off the vehicle and moved it away from the gas station.
The staff successfully extinguished the fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported from the incident.
Wireless devices emit electromagnetic waves, which can generate current and electric sparks in metal conductors, potentially causing fires.
