Gaza Strip, Palestine - June 12, 2024

In ongoing operations in the Rafah region, units of Brigade 162 have continued their activities, uncovering combat resources and engaging in face-to-face encounters with militants. Combat teams from the Givati Brigade neutralized several terrorists amidst internal confrontations.

The forces of Unit Egoz identified and targeted an armed militant drone, followed by an aerial attack from the Air Force on the structure where the terrorist was operating.

Meanwhile, Brigade 99 operations in the central Gaza Strip led to the elimination of over ten militants in the past day alone, including one involved in an incursion toward border settlements on October 7th. Over the last 24 hours, aircraft and combat planes from the Air Force have attacked and destroyed approximately 45 terrorist targets across the region.
