KFC Thailand marks 40th anniversary with 'Kentucky Town Bangkok' pop-up event
KFC Thailand marked its 40th anniversary with a pop-up event at a mall in Bangkok.
The fastfood chain launched the 'Kentucky Town Bangkok' event featuring new dishes, fun activites, and a partnership with Thai-Korean rapper BamBam at Samyan Mitrtown to celebrate four decades of its operation in the country.
Chicken lovers can try the sweet-savoury Donut Zinger Burger, spicy Volcano Dunked Wings, zingy Zabb Chicken Skin, and Double Down burgers with two chicken fillets used as buns.
There were ASMR fried chicken eating corners, a 360-degree photo booth, a nail art corner, and VR zone where visitors can play VR games, while those interested in crafts can design their own customised Kentucky Citizen ID, tote bags, and sneakers.
KFC has also partnered with BamBam to release exclusive, limited-edition streetwear, with BamBam himself appearing in person during the KFC x BamBam Exclusive Moment event.
Kentucky Town Bangkok ran from June 9 to 15 at Samyan Mitrtown.
