STORYLINE:
Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital in east China's Fujian Province, the first Taiwan-funded hospital in the Chinese mainland, has undergone great development since it opened in 2008.
With a total investment of 320 million yuan (about 47.8 million U.S. dollars), its healthcare and nursing home expansion project in Xiamen is under construction and expected to start operation in 2026.
