The video, filmed in Lanzhou, Gansu Province on Monday, shows the bizarre vehicle known as a "sprinkler" putting out a car fire, while classical music booms out if its speakers. These kind of vehicles always play music in China, according to reports.
By the time, the fire brigade arrived, the blaze had already been put out.
