Security battling the crowd to remove a man climbing the stones at stone henge summer solstice 2024.
This video shows security guards trying to battle their way through a celebrating crowd to try and remove a man who had climbed the inside of the stones.
The man had climbed up the inside of the sacred stones of stone henge to try and get the perfect shot of the rising sun before it appeared above the headland stone for the summer solstice.
The guards managed to get him down from the stones and escorted him out of the festival before the sun rose, as he may have damaged the protected lichen and stones while climbing.
