Critical High Level of Rhone river in Switzerland , being watched for potential flooding
The Rhone river in southwest Switzerland has extremely high level of water, after lots of rain and snow melting ... the swiss authorities are monitoring the critical situation..

maximum level should be reached tonight...
EDIT : overnight the level has risen and the train service was stopped because the water came dangerously close to the bridge in Riddes ... but as of saturday morning 8 AM the trains are back on track, The water is receding.
