Info from Licensor: "Early in the morning on my way to work, I witnessed a biker being hit by a car at an intersection. The biker was ultimately ruled at fault for going the wrong way on the road, not riding in the bike lane and not stopping at a red light. I checked on him and didn't see any major injures but he did end up going to the hospital. I think the car also should have also shared some of the fault here since they didn't stop before making the right on red.

I waited and talked to the police and offered them the video, they took my information but never reached out for the video.

After stopping you can hear the guy yelling at the diver of the car 'I was already late for work as it is.'"
