In a meeting with a delegation of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives of French companies working in Egypt on Monday, Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly stated that French investments in Egypt amounted to about 7.2 billion U.S. dollars through 940 French companies in the country.
During the meeting, Mostafa Madbouly reviewed the projects implemented by these companies in Egypt, their future plans, and their proposals to develop their investments in Egypt.
The Prime Minister expressed hope for French companies to increase their investments in Egypt, particularly in sectors like transportation, especially metro projects.
