Angry barista throws coffee in customer's face in China
A coffee shop has fired a member of staff who was so annoyed with a customer that she chucked a cup of ground coffee in her face.
The bizarre incident left the customer in shock, her hair and face covered in brown coffee grains at the shop in Shanghai, China, on June 17.
It is unclear what caused the argument but it came to an abrupt end when the clerks shouted through the coffee powder into the customer's face.
The person shouted: 'Why are you complaining? Why are you nagging at a woman?'
The coffee shop later responded by confirming that they had fired the staff member and had ordered other staff to remind them of their duty of care and politeness to customers.
