This is the astonishing moment a furious woman grabbed an alleged flasher by his penis and shamed him in public.

The passerby spotted the shaven-headed man exposing himself in broad daylight in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan, China, on June 14.

But instead of covering her eyes and walking by, the woman quite literally took matters into her own hands.

She is said to have stormed over to the degenerate and grabbed his member while admonishing him.

Footage shows her shouting and him and calling on other passersby to condemn the man. The man stood still while looking at her with apparent confusion.

She's heard in the video saying: 'Someone call the police. Call the police to arrest him.'

An onlooker said: 'This uncle is a psychopath. He took out his penis and pointed it at this aunt. At first, the woman seemed unfazed. She tried to ignore it but then became angry.

'She grabbed the uncle's penis and held it tight while asking people passing by to call the police and arrest them.'

Police later arrived and diffused the situation.
