A wall-mounted fan detached from the wall and fell onto a dining table while customers were eating.

The family visited Hia Bae Bangpho restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 23, sitting at a table in front of the restaurant.

At first, the fan was not blowing in their direction, so they asked the restaurant owner to adjust its angle. 

While dining, the mother then decided to put her baby in the stroller after the baby started crying. 

Suddenly, the propeller disconnected from the fan and launched in the opposite direction, injuring a man at another table and causing an injury that required four stitches. 

However, the family was not injured by the falling fan, as it hit the woman lightly. 

The restaurant owner's son took care of the victims, transporting them to a nearby hospital and covering the medical fees. 

The father speculated that the fan might not have been well-maintained and may have deteriorated from steam coming from the food.
