STORYLINE:
Some wild animals have been released to nature after being rescued by a nature conservation association in Altay Prefecture in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
The released wildlife include Sino-Mongolia beaver, steppe eagle, Pallas's cat, goshawk, kestrel, and steppe polecat.
Some of them were equipped with satellite tracking systems before going back to the wild so that researchers could monitor their movements in real-time, learn about their activity ranges and migration routes, and study their behavioral and ecological patterns.
To date, the association has released 415 wild animals back into the wild.
