After examination, the doctor discovered small parasitic tapeworms under the woman's eyelids. The doctor used forceps to remove the tapeworms. There are dozens of small tapeworms located under the woman's eyelids. The longest tapeworm is more than 5cm in size.
The woman was surprised to see tapeworms under her eyelids. She said that a month ago she washed her face in a river. This may be the reason the tapeworms got into her eyes.
The doctor said it would take several days to treat the woman's eyes.
