Egg shortage improves but limit remains in Sydney, Australia
A limit of two egg carton limit per customer has been set by Woolworths and Coles supermarkets due to an egg shortage caused by a massacre of hens in an attempt to stop a bird flu out break. A two item per person limit was still in place at Coles supermarket (in video) in Ashfield Mall in Sydney’s inner-west, although the shelves were now half full again.
