07/02/2024 09:01 pm (GMT-0700) | COMPTON, Calif. – CHP South Los Angeles and LACoFD responded to vehicle versus pedestrian at the intersection of Rosecrans and Keene avenues.
When first responders arrived on scene, they located the victim unresponsive in lanes of traffic.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene.
