The 3rd scene Allen Pkwy @ Montrose. This has a flooded roadway - for reference, the bridge has a 14 ft clearance. 4th scene is Houston Ave @ Memorial. This is an underpass that was flooded. 5th scene is a flooded roadway (McKay @ Eastex Freeway. This has a SUV that is stuck.
