Tyler Moll, a 28-year-old pharmaceutical process technician at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, captured compelling footage of the tornado that struck Mount Vernon on July 9th.
Witnessing the tornado from Kentucky after it was tornado-warned, Tyler observed the ominous low-hanging clouds rapidly rotating before the tornado formed. He documented the event with videos and photographs taken east of Mount Vernon on Bluff Road.
Tyler's footage provides a firsthand glimpse into the intensity and destructive power of the tornado, highlighting the critical moments leading up to its formation.
