Staff Snaps Back At Irate Customer
Occurred on December 20, 2022 / Santa Monica, California, USA
Info from Licensor: "The incident that happened from my point of view was: I was pulling into the Toyota Dealership Service department in Santa Monica. There was this man standing in the middle of the driveway near the street looking very irate. He was blocking the entrance until I inched up so he would finally get out of the way. I park and go inside to look for an attendant to talk about my vehicle. While I am inside, I can hear a man yelling at the top of his lungs. I walk down the hallway to go outside. I could hear it getting louder. I reach the outside and the man walks right up to my face, yelling at the staff behind him. At this point, I dodge him and pull out my phone to record his actions. That is where the video begins. I wish I had recorded before, more, or followed him, but a service advisor came to me to help with my issue and try to ignore the outburst. The staff was extremely helpful to me and others around. The one advisor that is seen in the video was in another booth came out to tell the man yelling to calm down. That is what is in the video. The irate man cleared other customers from the waiting area with his antics. I just went about my business. Not sure what happened inside."
