USA: Rancho Fire Burns Over 4500 Acres

07/13/2024 02:19 pm (GMT-0800) | ARVIN, KERN COUNTY, Calif. – The Rancho Fire, reported at 2:19 p.m. on July 13, has rapidly spread across 4,500 acres near El Paso Creek Road and Sebastian Rodd, according to reports from Watch Duty. The glow from this fire is highly visible from Interstate 5 near the Tejon Outlets. Multiple wildland firefighting crews, supported by aerial resources, are battling the flames. Firefighters are working to contain the blaze, but no containment has been reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
