A midwife pulled out a hair tie stuck in the lady parts of a wife who used it as an improvised sex toy in the Philippines.

The midwife, Goyang Gui Mix, tended to her frantic patient seeking help to remove the foreign object from inside her in Santo Tomas town in Davao del Norte province, on July 9.

The unnamed woman said she and her husband used the hair tie as a makeshift sex toy locally known as 'rambutan' - a spiky ring-like implement inserted into the lady parts during sex - to spice up their lovemaking.

However, the hair tie was accidentally sucked up into her cavity in the middle of the romp, and she could not remove it on her own.

Goyang said: 'When I looked inside her genitals, I was scared because I saw what appeared to be a big gleaming eye inside. Without thinking twice, I pulled it out, and my patient was immediately relieved.'

Footage shows Goyang handling the elastic green-and-blue hair tie - still moist with bodily fluids - with a large eye-like plastic ball on the knot.

She warned the public: 'To the husbands, you can buy a lot of sterile and safe sex toys. Don't just use anything in your house just to make your wife happy. Think about the possibility of infection.

'To the wives, be careful about inserting things in your lady parts. Even once a year, consult with your OB or midwife for more reminders to take care of your health, especially down there.'
