"The People's Republic of China has achieved great successes during the recent decades. I think that these achievements are astonishing.
I think that the solution to the problem of poverty in China is one of the greatest successes.
The second one, I think that it is the complex development of China, not only the Chinese economy, but the Chinese society, Chinese culture. There are very few countries that can realize such a complex solution of the problems.
And really, we can only congratulate you on these achievements.
I think that the policy of reform and opening-up is the basis of all economic and social achievements of China in recent decades.
This is the most important thing that this reform serves the interest of socialism in China.
The policy of reform and opening-up serves the interests of the Chinese people. And all the reforms are oriented on raising the standard of living, creating a well-being society and China.
We respect China as a country which is developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. We are interested in the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics."
