A man was seen using basins to transport his dogs through severe flooding caused by days of heavy rain.

The video was filmed in Xiangyang City in Hubei Province on July 14.

Witnesses reported that torrential rains hit the city, causing rapid water accumulation on the streets and creating significant obstacles for residents.

To ensure the safety of his dogs, the man ingeniously crafted a boat using several basins, carefully placing the dogs inside. He waded through the floodwaters, tightly holding the basins, and moved forward step by step.

He even held an umbrella over the dogs to keep them dry, despite being drenched himself, until they reached a safe location.

整个过程中，男子始终面带笑容，眼神中透露出对小狗们的深深关爱。他还贴心地为小狗们撑起了雨伞，尽管自己已被雨水淋湿，却丝毫不在意，直到把狗狗们转移到安全地带。
