A Fulton County sheriff’s deputy is being hailed as a hero after rescuing a 1-year-old girl who had stopped breathing at Broadalbin Boat Launch on Sunday evening. Deputy Nathan Marshall's swift actions saved the child's life as he intervened while a private car was rushing the unconscious baby to the hospital following frantic 911 calls.
Deputy Marshall quickly pulled over the vehicle and administered crucial first aid to the limp and unconscious infant. His timely response proved instrumental as he successfully revived the baby, who was later treated at a hospital and subsequently discharged.
