On July 16, the U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 11, alongside teams from the Republic of Korea, Germany, Peru, and Japan, participated in a helicopter cast training as part of Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC). The training took place at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, marking a significant collaboration among international partners.

RIMPAC 2024, spanning from June 27 to August 1, involves 29 nations, 40 surface ships, three submarines, 14 national land forces, over 150 aircraft, and 25,000 personnel. As the world's largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC aims to enhance operational readiness and strengthen cooperative relationships crucial for maritime security. Since its inception in 1971, RIMPAC has remained instrumental in promoting safety in global sea lanes and fostering international naval cooperation.
