Planes at Los Angeles Airport have been grounded after a worldwide IT outage affected airports, banks, and the media.

Sharing video on X Jon Michalski said: "Stuck on the Tarmac at LAX cause we can’t get a minor service card filled dude to IT system outages GLOBALLY with ALL airlines and apparently a bunch of other things."

“Our systems are currently impacted by a Microsoft outage, which is also affecting other companies,” Frontier said in a statement on its website. “We appreciate your patience.” The company is offering refunds to inconvenienced passengers.
