Angry birds fly and screech above market when shop owner catches stealing food
A shop owner tied a crow to a thread he caught trying to steal food before dozens of angry birds flocked above a market.
The vendor captured the bird when it attempted to take a piece of chicken meat from his stall in Tatitapaka market in Andhra Pradesh, India.
It cried in distress as it struggled to free itself but to no avail. An hour later, more crows were found flying around the area while making screeching noises.
Footage shows the crows making loud noises together seemingly demanding for the release of their friend bird.
The shop owner eventually freed the bird due to pressure from fellow vendors as they could not bear the noise being made by the flock of crows.
Crows are highly intelligent birds known for their problem-solving skills and use of tools. They have excellent memories, enabling them to remember human faces and food locations. Additionally, crows can learn socially by observing other crows.
