Visitor's attempt to catch chick ends with a protective peck from hen
José Munera and his partner came across a hen with her chicks.
Intrigued, his partner wanted to catch one of the chicks and asked if it was safe.
José assured her it would be fine, so she went behind the hen to catch a chick.
However, the protective hen had other ideas.
She got furious and, in a flurry of feathers, gave her a quick peck on the head.
Startled and a bit embarrassed, she retreated back to José, rubbing her head and laughing at the unexpected turn of events.
