Info from Licensor: "We witnessed this genius driving their Tesla, seemingly blind, east through Vacaville, CA on the I-80 on our way home from a family trip to Bodega Bay. I was in the back passenger seat when I noticed they had their windows blocked out with a sun shield and newspapers and started filming. I was not driving while filming. We will be contacting California Highway Patrol and see if there is a way to get this video to them but so far there have been no legal happenings and the driver has not been identified. The license plate of the subject car is visible at the end of the clip and is said aloud by the passengers in the car."
