United States: Bakersfield Power Outage Affects 166 Customers Urgent Repairs in Progress Overnight

07/20/2024 05:04 pm (GMT-0800) | BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – As of 5:04 p.m., Saturday, at least 166 customers are without power on Taft Highway to McCutchen Road on Gosford Road and Taft Highway to McCutchen on Ashe Road. PG&E has shut off power to make urgent repairs, with restoration expected by 8:15 a.m. on July 21. The outage is believed to be due to an accident that occurred in the area earlier Saturday afternoon, although this has not been confirmed. The repairs are being done at Ashe Road and McCutchen.
