A cctv footage shows the exact moment when the Rubina Manzil building collapsed in Mumbai's Grant Road area. The incident occurred at 11 am today, July 20, close to the Grant Road Railway Station. The building collapse caught on camera shows a man pulling customers inside his shop as a portion of the balcony of Rubina Manzil collapses on Grant Road. Officials said that a woman died and 13 others were injured in the incident .
Bus and railway services in Mumbai were affected on Friday after the city witnessed a heavy downpour.
