Heroic fisherman saves woman swept away by river in China
A hero fisherman saved a woman swept away in flooded river in China.
The resident was angling when he saw the woman being carried away by currents in Hunan on July 1.
Footage shows the fisherman chasing the woman from the banks before he pulled her to safety.
Onlooker Zhang said rescuers were trying to save her but could not reach her through the fast-flowing river.
The woman was safe and unhurt due to the fisherman's quick action.
