Info from Licensor: "I was taking a lunch break and all of this happened in front of me so fast. I saw a wheel just rolling down the highway with a truck pulling over suddenly, so I quickly pulled out my phone to record and caught the unfortunate event of the wheel jumping the median and into oncoming traffic. This was in Toms River, NJ, where the highways get a bit hectic at times."
