USA: Simi Valley Fatal Shooting

07/23/2024 08:55 pm (GMT-0700) | Simi Valley – Simi Valley Police officers responded to 5600 Crinklaw Lane for reports of of a shooting victim.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Officers attempted CPR on the victim, but they succumbed to their injures.
Per SVPD:
The Simi Valley Police Department is currently investigating a shooting in the area of California Oak and Crinklaw Ln. Please stay out of the area while we continue to investigate this incident. The shooter remained at the scene and is talking with the Police. There is no threat or danger to the public.
