A car owner and repairmen saved a kitten trapped in a vehicle in eastern China.

The video was filmed in Rizhao City in Shandong Province on July 21. A man discovered a kitten's paw peeking out from beneath his car. Realising the kitten was stuck in the vehicle's chassis, the good Samaritan promptly took the car to a repair shop.

With the help of the repairmen, they lifted the vehicle and removed the protective panel to free the trapped kitten.

Fortunately, the rescue was successful, and the kitten emerged healthy and unharmed, thanks to the swift actions of its rescuer.

According to the car owner, Mr Shi, the lucky kitten has now been adopted by a pensioner living in his neighbourhood.
