USA: Sherman Oaks Rite Aid Thousands of Dollars in Products Stolen
Los Angeles, USA - July 25, 2024
07/25/2024 12:00 am (GMT-0700) | SHERMAN OAKS, LOS ANGELES – Police driving past a Rite Aid store witnessed a confrontation between a worker and three suspects attempting to steal thousands of dollars worth of products.
An LAPD unit requested backup and an airship as the suspects fled the scene. One suspect was apprehended while others escaped. According to LAPD, the suspects stole up to $5,000 in merchandise from the Rite Aid store. Video footage captured LAPD officers holding bags of stolen items and returning them to the store.
The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
