On July 25, supermarket staff responded to the incident, revealing that the store has been overwhelmed by individuals seeking relief from the intense heat.

Despite daily attempts by employees to disperse the loiterers, the problem persists. The store announced plans to sanitise the affected coolers, consider installing doors on the units, and assign dedicated personnel to maintain order.

Some netizens have suggested that "the supermarket should sell all the items in the cooler to the man to recover losses, or make him pay for the damages." Another person commented, "Now I understand why Sam's Club requires membership to enter."
