Teachers and pupils trapped inside school elevator rescued
Teachers and pupils who were trapped inside an elevator were rescued in Thailand.
The 13 teachers with pupils of Duangkamon School were on their way down the building when it stopped before it could reach the floor in Pathum Thani province on July 24.
Footage shows the youngsters being extracted and carried out of the lift one by one by firefighters who forced open the door.
A long table was placed at the front of the elevator so the trapped individuals could come out easily.
A Rangsit Fire Department officer said: ‘The lift was stuck halfway. All of them were safe.'
