USA: Driver Extricated After Rollover Near Alisos Canyon Rd. Causes Power Outage

Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a vehicle rollover on Highway 101 northbound, approximately a quarter-mile south of Alisos Canyon Road. The incident, reported at 9:23 PM on July 25, involved a pickup truck with a sole adult male driver, which collided with a power pole and a tree.

According to initial reports, the collision resulted in moderate injuries to the driver, necessitating a 20-minute extrication process by rescue teams. The injured individual was subsequently transported to Marion Emergency Room by ambulance for further medical treatment.

The accident also caused a power outage in the Los Alamos area, with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) mobilizing to address the situation. At present, one lane of Highway 101 northbound remains open, with authorities managing traffic flow as the scene is cleared.

"All resources have been made available following the incident," confirmed local emergency services.
